What do you enjoy doing?

A helpful place to start in answering this question is to first answer another…..“who are you as a person?” As an example, for myself, I’m a Christ Follower, Husband, Dad, Grandfather, Entrepreneur, Leader, and Encourager.

When I was 25, my answer to this question regarding my work was very different from when I was 45.

If you are struggling to answer this question, it may be time to broaden your work experience.

A good place to start is to think of the position you have most enjoyed in your career. My top position…..being president, part-owner, and chairman of the board for a company that experienced significant growth.

My answer to this question?  Developing people, building teams, and growing companies.

    4. Strategic planning, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Corporate Structure and Ownership, Personnel, and Operations.
    5. Annual planning.
    6. New product and business development.
    7. Strategic finance.
